Audzētavas vārds ir reģistrēts 1997.gadā. Esam labradoru īpašnieki kopš 1986.gada. Mūsu īpaša aizraušanās ir melni un šokolādes labradori. Mūsu selekcijas darbs balstās uz Lielbritānijas izceslmes suņiem.
Visi mūsu suņi dzīvo mājas apstākļos kā pilntiesīgi ģimenes locekļi.
Parasti reizi gadā ir viens metiens, dažkārt kucēni ir pat tikai reizi divos gados.
Suņi tiek gan apmācīti, gan arī ar panākumiem piedalās izstādēs.
Liels solis mūsu audzētavas darbā bija divu lielisku labradoru ievešana no Lielbritānijas cienījamas, slavenas audzētavas "Stormley": melns suns Stormley Furgus (1999-2011) un šokolādes kuce Stormley Anaka (2003). Viņi bija pirmie "Briti", kas lika savas ķepas uz Latvijas zemes. Viņi ļāva iegūt pēcnācējus, kuri guvuši panākumus izstādēs un apmācībā ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī Rietumeiropā un Austrumos.
Esam ļoti priecīgi par to, ka pateicoties šiem suņiem, mūsu audzētavā nāca pasaulē pirmie Latvijā dzimušie labradori - Starptautiskie čempioni (arī daudzu citu titulu īpašnieki) - pašlaik tie ir četri labradori: Gilbron Pride Olaf Baltic Rock (C.I.B & C.I.E), Gilbron Pride Navigator Master Nose (C.I.B), Gilbron Pride Nixie Sparkling Smile (C.I.E), Gilbron Pride Smart Chilli Pepper (C.I.B & C.I.E). Arī šo suņu māmiņa Stromley Anaka ir Starptautiskā čempione (C.I.B).
Mūsu mājās ir dzimuši Latvijā pirmie un pagaidām vienīgie labradori PASAULES VETERĀNU UZVARĒTĀJI:

Our love story with labradors have started in 1986. We felt in love with a chocolate puppy Cinbar Gilbert (1986-1997). Gilbert joined to our family and our newfoundland Ceggi Kondor (1980-1994) to spent with us almost twelve happy years. Cinbar Gilbert was the first chocolate labrador born in the former USSR, in Latvia. Tillthe now he is the most gentle and talanted labrador we have ever seen. Gilbert was also member of volunteer rescue team trained to find and save people. Later his chocolate son Gilpi Jukon Reskjuer joined to us.
"Gilbron Pride" was founded in 1997, Nr.37 FCI 5198. The name of kennel comes from our first labrador Gilbert and yellow bitch Kinet Brona. Brona in co-owning with our friends was dam of the first litter of "Gilbron Pride".
The kennel is small. Our specialization is chocolate and black Labradors. Nevertheless we have also yellow bloodlines. The aim is to breed for quality not quantity. We follow to the development of the breed, but we try to avoid from short termed 'fashion trends'. Labrador is still working dog and simultaneously one of the best family friends. We want to keep it. We try to combine excellent exterior together with working qualities. "Gilbron Pride" progeny as well as progeny of our stock are doing well in the show ring, in the field and special services. We are proud on our 'kids' having show awards and titles, as well as on our progeny doing real hunter work.
The first ever Latvian bred labradors holders of C.I.B and C.I.E titles have been born in our kennel "Gilbron Pride". Now this great titles hold: Gilbron Pride Olaf Baltic Rock, Gilbron Pride Navigator Master Nose, Gilbron Pride Nixie Sparkling Smile, Gilbron Pride Smart Chilli Pepper, Gilbron Pride Tango Marron
